• Created freelearning.ca – a portal for educators to find Open Educational Resources using WordPress and Delicious.
• Successfully implemented large-scale Open Educational repository to share post-secondary curricular resources in BC, including technical administration, management, documentation and marketing
• Led the requirements gathering and later RFP process
  for 2 province-wide K-12 agencies and a province-wide post-secondary agency to procure a Learning Object Repository
• Created “software sandbox” for BC Open Learning consortium’s instructional developers
• Helped craft Open Textbook strategy for BCcampus
• Led project to investigate a shared streaming media service for provincial post-secondary uses
• Spearheaded province-wide meeting on Privacy and the use of 3rd party hosted educational technologies
• Continued to manage and improve BCcampus’ Shareable Online Learning Resources service
