Proving that they obviously &#8216;get it,&#8217; they&#8217;ve produced two new aggregation services, one for industry specific news from over 20 focused sources, and another that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eevl.ac.uk\/onestepjobs\/\">aggregates job postings<\/a> in engineering, mathematics and computing science.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nEEVL is part of the larger <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rdn.ac.uk\/\">Resource Dsicovery Network<\/a> portal, a service in part brought about by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jisc.ac.uk\/\">Joint Information Systems Committee<\/a> &#8211; with sister projects like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.humbul.ac.uk\/\">Humbul Humanities Hub<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sosig.ac.uk\/\">Social Science Information Gateway<\/a> it is clear that there are more than a few folks in the U.K. playing there part in the RSS explosion. &#8211; <i>SWL<\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>http:\/\/www.eevl.ac.uk\/onestepnews\/ EEVL is a U.K.-based Internet Guide to Engineering, Mathematics and Computing.
