{"id":172,"date":"2003-06-01T20:36:31","date_gmt":"2003-06-02T04:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.edtechpost.ca\/wordpress\/2003\/06\/01\/livelink-from-opentext\/"},"modified":"2003-06-01T20:36:31","modified_gmt":"2003-06-02T04:36:31","slug":"livelink-from-opentext","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/scottleslie.ca\/edtechpost\/wordpress\/2003\/06\/01\/livelink-from-opentext\/","title":{"rendered":"Livelink from OpenText"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.econtentmag.com\/Articles\/ArticleReader.aspx?ArticleID=4492\">this Econtent mag article<\/a> on a new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.health.bcit.ca\/hic\/index.html\">online Canadian health education initiative<\/a> (well, soon to be &#8216;released&#8217; in July though it has been in the works for some time now) comes word that they are using this software, Livelink, from OpenText as their &#8216;elearning platform.&#8217; Sure looks like a behemoth &#8211; it&#8217;s billed as a &#8216;knowledge management and collaboration system.&#8217; Will be interesting to eventually see some of the results of this large CANARIE-funded project.<\/p>\n<p>On another note, I&#8217;m travelling for most of the next two weeks (Vancouver, Montreal and then Newfoundland for the CADE conference) so posting will be sporadic.
